Amenities
We offer our guests a robe, sandals, and a private locker as well as vanity comforts in our locker room. If you choose to take the robes and sandals home with you, we will charge your spa bill an additional $100.00 for each robe and $25 for each pair of sandals. Otherwise, please be sure to leave the amenities in locker upon check-out.

Before your appointment
Reservations
We recommend that you make your spa reservations in advance of your arrival. Reservations can be made by calling the Spa Reception Desk at 334.521.7728. A credit card is required to secure your appointment. If you have any special physical or medical considerations, please notify the spa so that we can best prepare for your treatment.
Cancellation & Late Policy
We observe a 24 hour cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment are charged the full rate. Unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled treatments, to avoid an inconvenience to other spa guests.

Check In
We encourage you to arrive 15-30 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to relax and enjoy our amenities. However, you are welcome to arrive earlier or stay late in relationship to your spa appointment to enjoy our facility.
